Zoning Administrator (ZA) Bulletin 5: Buildable Area for Lots in RH, RM, RC, and RTO Districts
This ZA Bulletin is intended to provide a basic instruction on how the Planning Code limits the size and location of structures on residentially zoned lots, i.e. what is the “buildable area” of the lot.
