California Senate Bill 330 (SB-330) Now In Effect

San Francisco Planning is Now Implementing SB-330 and Accepting Preliminary Housing Development Applications.

San Francisco Planning recently published implementation resources and a new Preliminary Housing Development Application for the Senate Bill No. 330 Housing Crisis Act of 2019.
